By using stem School Management System and Tutoring Services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Parents/guardians register students.
• Students may access features with parental consent.
• Staff must be authorized by school management.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use system for educational purposes only.
• Respect staff, teachers, and fellow users.

3. Tutoring & School Services

• Lessons and sessions scheduled by school.
• Tutors may be reassigned if unavailable.
• Students and parents must follow guidelines.

4. Payment & Fees

• School fees and tutoring fees must be paid on time.
• No refunds for completed lessons.
• Refunds for unused sessions follow refund policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, altering records, or unauthorized access.
• Abuse, harassment, or offensive behavior.
• Sharing login credentials or system misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for technical or network issues affecting access.
• Not responsible for loss of data via third-party systems.
• Not liable for tutor unavailability or rescheduling.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, false information, or misuse of the system.

8. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Nigeria stem policy.
