By using STEM School Management System and Tutoring Services,
you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Parents or guardians register students.
- Students may access features with parental consent.
- Staff must be authorized by school management.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Use the system strictly for educational purposes.
- Respect staff, teachers, students, and parents.
3. Tutoring & School Services
- Lessons and sessions are scheduled by the school.
- Tutors may be reassigned if unavailable.
- Parents and students must follow school guidelines.
4. Payment & Fees
- School and tutoring fees must be paid on time.
- No refunds for completed lessons.
- Refunds for unused sessions follow the refund policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Hacking, altering records, or unauthorized access.
- Abuse, harassment, or offensive behavior.
- Sharing login credentials or misuse of the system.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for technical or network issues.
- We are not responsible for data loss via third-party systems.
- We are not liable for tutor unavailability or rescheduling.
7. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations,
false information, or misuse of the system.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of
Nigeria and STEM policies.
